Rochester Medical Institute of Service Development
Changes within the NHS mean that as Clinicians you are faced with non clinical demands and challenges such as commissioning, business planning, staff motivation, leadership and other skills that are essentially business orientated.
The RMISD is a unique training opportunity, offered by Rochester Medical Ltd, which aims to provide you with ‘a tool kit’ to help you develop yourself and align your service with NHS requirement.
The workshops are delivered by professional trainers and have been designed by a panel of leading clinicians specifically for nurses working in Urology and Continence Care. The programme was created with practicality in mind enabling you to look at your service from a different perspective.
This is truly a unique training package which will help you to align your service with NHS requirements
100 Clinicians completed the course which ran over 3 days in 2009 some of their comments are opposite. If you want to hear more from your colleagues about the RMISD why not ask them through the chat forum.
